Risk analysis compilation
The obligation to organise a workplace risk analysis arises from the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA § 13). The employer identifies workplace hazards, measures their parameters where necessary and assesses the risks to employee health. We compile the risk analysis together with an action plan.
The completed risk analysis is a PDF and must be uploaded to the Labour Inspectorate's database. The employer also informs employees and their representatives about it. Database: iseteenindus.ti.ee

Online occupational health & safety training
Mediserv's online training is registered with the Ministry of Social Affairs and aimed at work-environment specialists and representatives. Materials are available in Estonian around the clock. After the training, participants can take multiple-choice tests at a convenient time.
